Dear Kasey & Nick, thank you for your continued support, guidance and love ⭐🙏 May your holidays be filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🌻🎄🎁🎆🎊❄️⛄🥰 ❤️Take care. 👍 Also special thanks to the team that supports you in your endeavors 🙏🙏
great list - I must say, I'm a bit surprised that non of the EDA/Design players are here but I'd venture to guess they're not far behind your 7th holding
Do you have any recent videos on growth tech semi stocks that don't have such high violations and aren't priced as high with more room for profits? Perhaps semi stocks that you would recommend that are under the radar with high growth potential?
One of your best videos. Thanks guys and good luck in 2025. I guess since AMD wasn't part of your top-7 holdings then you sold out? (disclaimer: I do own AMD. personally, I think it has a good chance to turn things around).
@@GeorgeO-84 Thanks. From what I recall, they didn't say they sold. They thought they might trim, waited to hear from NVDA and AVGO. I suppose they sold all of it by now? not sure.
Check out Silicon Valley based 4DS Memory that is listed on the ASX. They are coming out of imec after 6 years with a fully functional 20nm PCMO Non-Filament Interface Switching ReRAM megabit chip. They have also partnered with Infineon to create a custom ReRAM design specifically tailored to 4DS Memory unique characteristics that no other technology known can perform. 4DS Memory aims to resolve the Memory bottleneck in AI.
I think they said in a prior video that their portfolio outperforms soxx. If you're doing your own research you shouldn't be investing via ETFs since they hold a lot of junk that dilutes the better holdings.
I get what you are saying but these are about 15+ stocks and the weighting for each one is not known. And it is just their top stocks, there are more, so you can't duplicate their return anyway. It looks just like Soxx top 20 stocks which is probably more than 70-80+% of the portfolio. Also you should not invest in one sector, maybe it's just me but regular folks do not have time to manage and follow all these stocks. Soxx return over the years is not bad btw especially recently.
Congrats on your in-depth analysis. It is a great service. I'm a member of your Discord group. However I miss a lot of the discussions. Can you possibly send out an email when you have a live Q and A and what the topic is?
Hey there! We are actually working on an email newsletter with a weekly roundup, should be ready sometime in February. Our live Q&A sessions are every Thursday (taking this week off though) on Discord, usually first thing in the morning US west coast time.
@@chipstockinvestor Great idea it would add value to your subscription service and give you every right to raise your fee. It would also be helpful to see any updates on your portfolio in that newsletter.
A very informative video .Only thing I saw that confused me a bit ,regarding your policy of only investing in U.S .companies, hence your excluding TEL ,Tokyo Electron .Isn’t it a fact that ASML is a company that is based in the Netherlands vs the U.S. ?
Thanks for watching. It's not a general aversion to non-US companies. But with TEL, we can get a very similar business via AMAT and LRCX without the currency conversion risk (since we're US-based investors). ASML is unique, there's only one ASML.
@ You are welcome on my watching your very well researched and informative videos . I also appreciate the clarification on U.S. vs non-U.S. stocks ,as I concur with the issue of currency conversion risk .Matter of fact , I can recall TSM , back when I first started investing in semiconductor stocks and equipment stocks around 2010 , mentioning currency conversions, being significant headwind in their earning calls during the 3G ramp up of that era ,with 4G on the horizon . No question that ASML being unique and holding all the winning cards in the field of lithography .As I have explained to budding semiconductor investors ,if you want the “ golden eggs” of advanced chips ,ASML is the only company supplying the “ golden egg laying geese “ !
The internet is BIG mad you’ve excluded AMD 😂. They should join CSI, so they can really see how you feel about AMD. Happy Hollidays, and get some well deserved rest. Kasey I recommend Lagavulin 16 for some quiet sipping.
Thanks Shannon! Appreciate you being here and part of CSI! A lot of new viewers here, probably haven't seen the past AMD videos... or maybe something else is going on??? Either way, thank you! Hope you guys have a good week, and get some rest! Lagavulin! Another friend holds that name dear to their heart as well. So does Ron Swanson. See you over on CSI!
Thanks. But are your current holdings good for new purchases or add-ons at current valuations? My time machine is in the shop and I can't make any purchases in the past. Thanks for your great content! ❤
Don't we need to consider the restrictions from China? I think these companies will see a decline in sales in the next few years due to China's restrictions.
Merry Christmas! Best wishes for 2025. Thank you for another informative video and read.
You guys are terrific.
A lot of people make people pay for this info, so exciting to see you go from 5k subscribers to almost 150,000 subs!!
Thanks!

Great video guys, i own some of these plus AMD and SMH etf. The ai party is going to be on for at least 5-10 years
Merry Christmas guys!! 🎄
Well presented! I'm surprised companies like TSM, AMD, MU, and PSTG are not part of your top 10. Can we get another video to explain their exclusion?
+1. Holding TSM, MU, PSTG shares, selling covered calls and also bought leaps expiring Jan 2026. These 3 will reap great returns by 2027 imo
AMD is 🗑️
What happened to AMD recommendation prior ?

Awesome, great video guys!
Thanks for the insight. How do you see mpwr? This Has fallen down abruptly. Why?
Thanks for the recap and the listing. I owe some of them and I was wondering if you will also talk about the valuation of thèse stocks. Thanks
No love for TSMC :(
thanks a lot for the great content. Tokyo Electron, you mean TKY ? thanks.

Liking and commenting for the algo. U guts deserve more views
What do you think about $OKTA ?

You guys better pay attention on SMH etf as a simulation of CSI’s Top 7! It’s my opinion. With regards and respect ✊
$QCOM over $AMD says a lot. Interesting video!

I believe they mentioned they sold out in an AMD specific video a couple of months ago.
@@GeorgeO-84 Thanks. From what I recall, they didn't say they sold. They thought they might trim, waited to hear from NVDA and AVGO. I suppose they sold all of it by now? not sure.
We love your work! Do you consider ASML a good DCA candidate?
Thanks for watching! Our view is the same on ASML from the last video in November.
Merry Xmas guys ❤

Might as well buy soxx if you hold all of these stocks?

What about MRAM and UMC?
I feel like Amat, Asml & Qcom are very attractive right now
Have you guys mentioned Celestica and any of your videos? :)
I would have thought Pure Storage would have been in your top 7. Is it in your top 10?
I am happy the see the WFE stocks at the 2nd place 😂
I am surprised Marvell is not on your list for 2025. What is the rationale for not picking Marvell?
How is TSM, not a top pick?
The Gretsch is gone 😢 I was hoping for a Rickenbacker 🎉 for Christmas 😮.

AMD at the current prices has a good risk /reward - surprised not included as a good current investment.
They made a whole video about their rationale for possibly unloading their AMD position.
@@Ryan-q8x unload at low prices, such a great investment suggestion
I'm surprised mpwr wasn't mentioned
true

I didn't realise they left out AMD. But yes it's in my portfolio with Nvidia, AVGO. I have SMH and Lam will hold long term

Quantum eMotion Corp.
I’m all in on NVIDIA for 2025 🔥. Anyone else seeing massive growth here, or do you think it’s already too late to buy in?
I considered it, but then chickened out. May try ASML but idk.
Not holding TSM is a mistake in my opinion ! But hey...maybe it's too late now? Your opinion !?
This video may clear things up from two weeks ago, TSM was one of our top picks of 2024. ua-cam.com/video/uaUqZruMvLg/v-deo.html
