Foreigners return to India not because of some charity cause, they return here because they see and learn a business type which is running perfectly in foreign but yet to come in India, so as a first mover advantage they want to grab that opportunity.
Zomato, ola, lenkart, Flipkart all are examples, these types of business in foreign are running well before coming to India.
They are 100 times better than keyboard warriors who contribute nothing to society

Mauj and Makaan were also fairly popular brands of its time. And here we are talking about sharks(which means investors) then trust me, he has that length, width and depth of not just business but dynamics as well which a lot of investors lack. Other sharks might have built huge brands for themselves but Mittal has built brands for others. He is present at the root of Indian startup ecosystem. He dared to found an Internet company when internet wasn't there. He began angel investment when nobody knew about it. He paved the way for budding startups, showed his faith on them and shaped the present face of Indian startup economy. 250+ investments at angel stage and trust me, he is the reason behind the employment of many people.
