Yes, the Napa is really nice. What is the HOA fee?

$402.33/mo - covers exterior pest control, exterior painting when needed, front yard installation and maintenance, roof repair and a blanket insurance policy that would cover rebuild to frame and homeowners insurance would install drywall in if the unit was ever destroyed.

Hey Ryan, enjoying your videos, thanks for all the information. Suggestion, and maybe it's just a guy thing, but would also like to know about internet access. Cable, fiber, etc. Also, are these homes prewired with Ethernet/cat cable?

Hey Robert!! Thanks for the tip. Pretty much every home is going to have cat 6 in it. Not sure about fiber though but I'll make sure to include it in my future videos.
