    Hi Sweeties
Welcome back to my UA-cam Channel.
This video is the first video for my Kenyan coastal village experience. Thank you to ‪@BeatriceHongo‬ for taking me to #kaloleni village. I’m a city girl through and through but I had a great time trying fresh coconut, riding a boda boda, and everything else.
Please comment down below where you’re watching from in the world 🌍 and show us some ❤️ by liking, commenting, and sharing!

I love the fact that African young people through through their UA-cam platforms are meeting in person and getting to know each other and their cultures. I can see village life is not your forte, Anathi, but an experience you will remember for a long time. BTW, congrats on your recent academic accomplishment. You are doing what used to be a European middle class standard practice. Academia was not complete unless travel was involved. Wish your sister were around for the village experience too. Anyway, so far I have seen sme pretty good content from you. Keep doing your thing! Thanks for sharing!

Anathi, congratulations on reaching 2k subscribers. This vlog is replete with raw nature. The flora seems to be in full bloom with all the rain at the coast. It’s quite an experience to have to remove shoes to tackle the slipperiness of a road.

Kenya has a desert up in the North. When it rains in those parts, guys come out of the house to enjoy the feeling of getting rained on because it's so rare.

That drink I wanted to try it last time I was in the coast but I didn't. I am reminded of the Umqombothi song by Yvonne Chaka Chaka. Aah, one of my favorite African songs for ever

🤣🤣 I was cringing at the sight of the insects and screaming with you. You had the wrong shoes for all that mud. But I loved the greenery all around. It really has been raining a lot at the Coast. I will be in Watamu in a few weeks, I hope the weather will be better then.

Hae Anathi Tshabe, I'm a Kenyan & just wanna clarify this thing to you and everyone planning to visit Kenya as well.Have noted that a lot of tourists coming in Kenya from every corner of the world keep complaining about how this country expensive is, & maybe they might be thinking it's because there tourists that's the reason why ",but nope. Kenya right now is too expensive not only for visitors but also for common Kenyans from cities to village's that has been life in here ...think it all clear now to everyone watching this and planning to travel as well, come prepared we Kenyans feel like we're living in places like New York City 😂 but in Africa.Good Job your Swahili is great.

Anathe, ulijaribu kula nazi na kunywa maji au juisi yake? Kiswahili translation; Anathe, did you try eating a coconut and drink its juice. I see you have learned a lot of swahili. Soon you will be more fluent than Sho Madjozi. Jivinjari mwanangu(enjoy my daughter). Kwaheri!
