Can you elaborate? What makes it a 'beast'? When I had it, the 100x zoom couldn't compete with my s22 ultra. Has it improve, post update? Do you have visual proof?
@airbornetommyjames after the update camera and performance has improved also obviously they changed the 10x to 5x zoom this time so 100 zoom won't be as good as the s22 or s23 ultra but I only use upto 10x to 30x 100 still needs improving even tho not used much video has improved alot same with portrait shots

Don't lie 100x zoom is Digital.. You will never get a clear colorful picture with digital zoom... That's just how digital zoom works no way around it...Yes it gets you pretty close to things but pic will never come out perfect...

Love it the phone is less then 30 days old so the future will be even better I love this update this is the best phone and display ever even before the update I've almost finished paying this phone off already but definitely not going to upgrade for the next 2 or 3 years this phone has so many features it's going to take a long time to get the urge for a upgrade. And with my amazing insurance on it I'm not worried about anything

Bro Samsung can't fix it...There 12 MP camera has shutter lag issues let alone pushing 24 MP as default 😂it would take 2-3 sec to take a picture... Shutter lag would be at its peak😆😆😆

Got my update earlier today aswell, screen definitely looks much better on the most vivid setting but honestly could be even more vivid, it's still behind my old S9+. Cant really see a difference with the camera though or anything else for that matter
There is slider where you can max the setings.
@@falconfurry6432 The slider only has a total of three different levels, medium has barely any difference and high is a noticeable change for sure but as I said, side-by-side with my S9+ it still literally pales in comparison.
Interesting. Some say the camera has improved, others no. Can't understand why there is no consensus. It's either gotten better or it hasn't.
@airbornetommyjames If there was improvement it's so small I can't notice it. Maybe I don't play around with taking pictures enough, I don't know. The AI image optimization is still not what I want my images to look like, I wish they let us remove it entirely as an option instead of just minimizing it.
@@Datoda You can max it and is showing major change if still not enough then adjust the 3 slider to your preference.

I would really like it if you could talk about this issue that Samsung is actively trying to hide in the Samsung Member's apps. They kept meeting or even removing posts about the grainy displays with their washed-out colors topic, which many were trying to make very clear.
It continues to exist, so it's now a post update issue. I don't think they can hide it under the same topic again.
Anyways, we need big voices, like you, to speak out about this issue.
It's a hardware issue.. They have used a cheaper display technology in this phone... So it can't be fixed...The grains would pain you at night as alz...

It's most likely, and sadly, a hardware defect. Won't be fixed with updates.

It’s a hardware issue...it cant be fixed...Displays with such peak brightness need at least 2000+ HZ PWM, but Samsung is using 492 HZ PWM on it.that's a shame.they use cheaper technology to cut the cost like they are doing with the cameras of base models.

What are you talking about at 0:17 ? In Europe, Australia, and other regions, we received AXB5 750MB.

I turned that vividness all the way up so fast.
Some people are saying battery drain issue after this update.

yes but the camera has still a purple shift. and the ai stuff that makes the fotos terrible when you zoom in. and the display has a blue tone.

Alot of talk, but still no one has reported, posted, or confirmed that the 100x zoom has improved. Just alot of talk about the display, and vague references to some sort of camera improvement(?). Hmm...
I am using the second option since the third option looks to vivid for me and might possibly strain my eyes after long usage. Glad they gave three options in the form of a slider.

I didn't know someone's eyes could strain from the saturation of colors. I guess I would think the opposite, even if this was true since the saturation might produce more contrast between colors.
Now it's too vivid for me lol just the standard vivid is good for me

Not really impressed with the Ultra 24. Verizon signal sucks. When connected to my wifi 2.4ghz & 5ghz, phone is absolutely slow in downloading stuff.
The only issue I've noticed is my usage has not changed at all in fact if I take a screenshot it's almost identical to my last 8 days of usage but ever since doing that update early this morning my battery has drained probably 30% faster.
I hope it supports 32bit APKs now🙏🙏🙏🙏

After the update, I am still quite dissapoinred with the photo quality. Samsung really needs to tone down the oversharpening, especially in Expert RAW.

No, unfortunately the issue was not solved!!! It's hardware problem, and only fix if Samsung change the new gorilla glass armor!!! Display is not sharp and crisp as befoe!!!
I've switched from the iPhone 13 Pro Max and was considering both Samsung and the iPhone 15 Pro Max for my new device. I wanted to experiment since I've been an iPhone user for many years. However, I regret the decision. I don't have any issues with iMessage or anything; as of now, there's always some way to communicate with iPhone users (Messenger, WhatsApp, Signal), so it's not a big deal. But one thing drives me crazy! It's the fingerprint sensor. Compared to Face Unlock, which works flawlessly, the fingerprint sensor sometimes fails to work or recognize my finger ( I did registered several ones, did all the tricks from the internet...) Another issue is that not all banks support Google Pay or Samsung Wallet (less safe than Apple WAllet), which I believe is a significant problem (I'm from EU).
