I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got addicted to cigarettes and alcohol. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes and alcohol addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
How do I reach out to him? Is he on insta
Yes he's Dr.alishrooms.Shrooms to me is a natrual healer. I know a guy who has used mushrooms in the same way and they have really helped him. mah dudes have safe trips all.
From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,
I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.
Don't use will power, just except you already are a non smoker. because its totally natural to be a non smoker, so its not something that involves doing.
Accept*
being a non smoker isn't something that you can achieve or accomplish or make happen or become. its what already is, its who you already are, you just need to realize it, and let it be you.
you cannot arrive at a correct answer from a mistake, you will only trip over your own incorrectness , and fall back into the mistake.
so use the correctness of the correct answer to except that you are already it.
A snake sheds its skin to become the knew skin under neath ,
it doesn't put the new skin on top of the old skin
and if the snake did try to put the new skin on top of the old skin
,it would keep falling back off again.
because it wouldn't be authentic ,or genuinely a part of the snake.
in the same way, its not something you can do,
its only something you can let happen.
I quit in the past and started again because of life troubles.
Everytime i quit it was not hard, because i saw myself as a non smoker.
I have been trying will power this time and failed.
Your comment reminded me of how it wasnt that hard back then, so i will try applying it again.
Thanks for your comment.
Wow... brilliant. Gonna take some hard work when I finally decide to buckle down and quit for good. Hell, even smoking less would be a plus
Mind hack
I miss smoking occasionally, but on the whole feeling a lot lighter and healthier. Keep trying it's totally worth it

I’m praying for help from St. Raphael. Also, to show my gratitude I’m going restring my guitars and use my body to glorify God’s Grace.
Thanks it's 2022 I need to quit silly habit been smoking since about 1987. Don't do it kids seriously
I've been smoking pretty heavily for 10 years. I'm only 25 and want to quit more than anything, yet find myself giving in to the urge. I've been using a vaporizer for a few months now, and even putting that down is one of the most difficult things I've ever done. I would not wish how agonizing this is on anyone.
I'm not judging you but I will tell you those vape pens are 10 times worse on your lungs and heart than tobacco.
Same here Robert ! Same vibe I'm running through
I've been smoking since 10 years old maybe, now i wanna quit too
same man, I'm 26 and I started at 15, I smoke a fuckton
@@IIlIlIlIlIlIlIII i havent smoked in months my guy. I still use nicotine pouches. But i feel way better now than i did when i was smoking
still coming back to those early stage videos even though I'm 14 months into quitting. it's definitely a journey.

Just watched this video to check my habbit before and how I laugh now because before I was thinking that quitting to smoke is hard, but promise it is not. I did the cold turkey and it really helped me.
3 years nicotine free now. 😊
Nice! Congratulations
great job
Stay healthy enjoy life more !
That is hardest to stop smoking, while I was studying with something and stressed about subject that's difficult to understand. But this video helped me pass through the difficult time. Thank you 😊
💯💯💯
I am in the exact same situation, have big exams rn after it I am going to quit 100%
Right, whenever i study and cant memorize anything i have to smoke or else i cant concentrate
1. I've multiple motivations; I've developed kidney stone the 2nd time just 6months after my surgery to remove it.
I also lied to my parents that i won't smoke again, they were disappointed when they found out.
I cheated my girlfriend with smoking. I told her that I quit, but i smoked without letting her know. She was also hugely disappointed when she found out.
Both my parents and my girlfriend still loves me. I have to quit for my health and for them.
2. So my quit date will be 1/1/2023
3. My strong urge is after meal. Haven't figured out how to deal with it. Guess il have some sweets and play online chess.
4. Not going for medicines anyway. I've been smoking only for 2 years and i smoke only 2 or 3 cigarettes a day. I hope i won't develop any withdrawal symptoms.
5. Well I'm telling it to all of you. Wish me luck guys. ❤️❤️
All the best Joel❤️
Best wishes for you!
2-3 cigs a day is so easy to stop. I hope you haven't smoked since you made this post. I used to smoke 40 cigs a day and now I'm having to deal with cravings every 2 minutes, its literal torture, but I'm determined to cut the habit, its becoming very expensive. Good luck!!
@@alawi93 i haven't touched it yet.. i do have temptations tho.. keep fight man❤️❤️
Push through it man you got this
I stopped for health reasons about 2 years ago and then i realised I had saved a few thousand euro, never even thought about the money part of it for a long time
Cold turkey is the only way to quit. I don’t need anything but will power💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Anyone trying to quit. Just do it cold turkey. Don’t get addicted to nicotine replacement therapy that is even worse.
I used Champix to give up smoking for a month then I started to get constipated using that pill, so I stop taking Champix and went cold turkey I smoked for 44 years that is how I gave up my smoking, it's been 2 and half years, I don't even think about smoking now it's good if you give up alcohol too life is great.
Life will be even better once Biden is out
hard to quit when the people around you is the reason why you are smoking.
Playing a game on my phone specially the competitive type of games makes me wanna smoke more because of stress so I don't really suggest doing it HAHAHAHA
I've been smoking everyday for the past 6 years and damn i never thought stopping was so hard
Me too. This is hard but we will make this!
@@junedreier1230 yes!!
I been smoking for almost 20 years, and now i'm feeling my health been drained pretty fast, quit before you reach this point because if you don't, well, theres no good things at the end of this road, i came here precisly because of this, if i reach the end, i would at least win this addiction before i pass. Stop it now, before is too late.
I can deal with the sweating, anxiety and the withdrawal, but what gets it for me is damn fatigue, the fatigue is so hard and it just breaks me.
Everyday I say it’s the last day, I know God will get us thru this it’s already on our hearts waiting to be fulfilled.
Thank you. learn something to quit smoking
Best wishes for quitting
Hello, my mother wants to quit smoking but being 76 years old, is even harder. I would like to find new habits that actually work to replace the habit of getting up from the couch and going to light a cigarette in the kitchen. This is such an important part of quiting. So if anyone has an idea that worked, I would so much appreciated if you share it. Thanks
Oh crap! It’s not like quitting is a big deal. I mean I’ve done it plenty of times. Seriously though I’ve been smoking for decades and I’ve quit for a couple years here and there but my wife insist that she has no interest in quitting. It makes a lot tougher but I have the patch in hand and I’m working on the willpower and I’ve instructed her that there will be no smoking house after I’ve quit.
I quit smoking and I lost my girlfriend. My girlfriend Lori hated smoking but she put up with me. Then I decided in the name of my love for her, I'd quit, what was very tough for me to do, but to my chagrin, all she did was to sarcastically snarl at me, "Well it's about time." Since she didn't care, I relapsed back into smoking again, and she then became downright hostile because of how I did this, and I told her, I thought she would love me for to quit smoking but she never appreciated or even as much as thanked me, so this destroyed my motivation to stay smoke-free. I was hurt and accused her of not caring about me, or I would have stayed smoke-free, and the big fight that came from this, broke us up. We had been 3 years going together
Well if You're reading my comment, ik you came here for quitting this toxic shit too. Im smoking last cigarette of my life atm. Im tired of this toxic shit!! I already tired to quite but unfortunately I could hold it only for 1/2 days without smoking(maximum) but failed because of I was surrounded by homies who are eventually chain smoker like me. But that's it! im cutting them off from now on! Im gonna do it for myself, for my loved one's. I will be independent Ins shaa allah. I can't be controlled by a object. My emotions will be mine only no object can't control it. ☺️02/02/2023 2:22pm my Journey goes on from now. Hoping for the best, ik It's not easy journey but I was Born as a non smoker soo I will be a nonsmoker again, im leaving it, thats my final decison, im gonna stop at once, totally no more cigg from now. pray for me.Hope I can win against this toxicity 😄
I will be back after 21 days. 😊
And Trust me bro You're gonna do it too by yourself just take the step & save yourself , life is short to take another step just go for it. All the best for you too 😄
Are you off cigarettes?
I quit drinking years ago, and no cell in my body misses it. But, Some days I cannot kick the cigarette habit. I mostly want to stop, to unblock my chakras, but don't know why I can only go for one to three weeks, before I cave. It would be easier, if my mind didn't distract me with the thought of a cigarette every so many minutes. Frustrating, because it's difficult to even concentrate.
I too quit drinking and it was groundbreaking in my life because alcohol almost killed me. Smoking is doing the same no doubt but I find it more difficult to quit. I quit smoking before when I was a drinker and I know the drinking led me back to smoking. This time I feel if I can quit smoking while being a sober person the cessation from cigarettes will stick. Just can't get over the hump. Its really frustrating continuing with self destructive behavior.
Thank you...I believe this will help me to quit smoking...my parents been complaining and trying to save me I just don't know to how but after watching this...it really showed me that it can be easy If I really want to quit
Thanks for the video❤
Glad u found it useful 😎
I quit because mostly everything is non-smoking now. And the price of cigarettes...It's been 10 years since I quit. And I miss it every day still.
10 years and still craving for cigarettes is kinda strange
@@80sidd not really. Some ex smokers tell me after 30 years they still miss it.
@@jenniferpetti859 Do you smoke occasionally while on social gatherings? I assumed that after a few months of complete absence of nicotine the cravings fade away..i relapse mostly due to this but got try again
@@80sidd no. But I like the smell of it
I stopped smoking and I still really want to smoke.
im just 16 and already starting to get addicted im tryna stop before it gets worse
Stop while you can do it easly, I'm in my 8th year of smoking and tried quitting 4 times. Seems like an impossible mission rn. I can't even remember what it was like to not smoke or be a smoker. I'm 21 rn.. I used to be very athletic in my childhood, did semi pro boxing, had a very good endurance, all of that until I started smoking, quit sports and now I can barely lift heavy stuff or run 20-50 meters and not literally puke or feel like I'm about to faint. My highest time without cigarettes was exactly 27 days, than somehow I relapsed. And my lowest time was 5 days. Both periods of time were very rough and I had rlly bad craves. Quit while you can do it easily. In all my honesty I love them and hate the guts out of them at the same time.. Addiction do be messing you up pretty bad ngl. I haven't had the guts to admit to myself and the others until this year that I'm really addicted to them, but now I do and hopefully it will help me quit for good after acknowledging this fact.
If you don’t quit I can promise you’ll regret it forever. Literally just processing information is so much harder when you’re craving nicotine.
@@Trailerwalker facts I also struggle with studying
not every story is the same , but if when i was 16 i had never smoked or stooped like you are trying , my chances of beign happier than i am would be much but much bigger , save your money for life , not slow motion suicide , trust me there is nothing worst than true regret for what you lost because of yourself and no one else , im trying to stop and recover what i lost , even if i can't get what i lost i will be liable to improve , i wish i had listen to the people who try to say to me what im saying to you bro.
chose life now before you lose time and risk losing so much more im 30 years old by the way , i started at 15.
I tried to stop about 100 times before I actually succeeded, took me 25 years to finally stop

I am 1 week into quitting, I think it's a bad time to quit because I've my exams coming up in less than a month and nicotine craving makes it hard to concentrate
Honestly, use nicotine replacements for now. Breaking the habit of having a cigarette in your hand is hard enough without nicotine withdrawal. Good luck.
@@xavierayayaell546 I actually want to smoke but my parents found out that I smoke and now it's difficult for me, I can't even use nicotine replacements in fear that my parents gonna find out

If the craving is bothering then use nicotine replacement to slowly wean off the addiction

When I used champix it made me psychotic gave me vile thoughts!

I guess I just need to suddenly stop!
When you get a craving for a cigarette Just say No The cravings don't last long As the days pass the amount of craving decreases but tend to be stronger

Hi, I'm an English teacher. I've got the video used at my lessons. Thanks a lot! Here is the transcript that I noted down myself due to inaccuracy of the subtitles, for those who may need it. Have a wondeful day.
Quitting smoking is hard, but possible. Two out of three people who smoke want to quit, but the craving and nicotine withdraw make it difficult.
Here are five tips to help you to quit like a Champ:
Number one. You have to have a clear purpose for quitting. Ask yourself: 'why do I want to quit?'. That will help keeping motivated during the difficult time. Some people want to enjoy life better or stay healthy, some doing it for kids or loved ones. What's your reason?
Number two. Set a quit day. This gives you a clear target to look for and a better chance to quitting.
Once you stoped smokking you will need something to replace a habit. This is especially important when having a strong urge to smoke. The strong urge will go away in a minute, so keep yourself busy during this time. Think of times when you tend to smoke: driving or when you are stressed, after meals, when around friends. List out your triggers and replace them with something different. You can draw, play a game on your phone, chew a gum, eat a healthy snack or call a friend.
Use medicines to help quit. They help manage your mood, craving and withdraw. You are three times more likely to quit by using medicine such as 'Chantix'. You can also use necatice replacement. Nicotine patches give you a small amount of nicotine to help you with the draw. And nicotine gums, sprays or lozenges are used at time urge. Discuss with your doctor which medicine is right for you.
Tell your family and friends you are quitting, so they could support you and understand your challenge. Include them in your journey to freedom.
Keep in mind, it may take multiple attempts before you finally quit. So don't give up, keep trying and sit calm
Every cigarette that you are avoiding is saving you and the people around you. And once you quit become a champion and help others.
Thank you!! And please keep spreading heath info to students.

i wana quit smoking because i am 13)
I want to quit smoking but I keep crying. I can't stop crying. I want a cigarette so bad
YOU CAN QUIT
Mind over matter
How to quit smoking.... You quit. I will not sympathise with anyone who thinks they are "suffering" from this addiction. Because you are choosing to suffer. its your decision to keep harming yourself. Tips, nicotine gum, patches, these are for weak willed people. You are either smoking, or not. There is no slow quitting. "oh i want to quit more than anything", stop crying and quit. Its easy. Its so super easy, and dont even argue with me with trying to defend yourself, i know im completely and utterly right. If you look for any excuses, you are weak. Doesnt matter if you smoke for 10 years, just stop. Theres is nothing more to it. There are no steps, no journeys towards quitting. Stop this nonsense. Theres only quitting. This isn't alcohol, where its actually dangerous to quit cold turkey. If you cry because you want to quit, but you cant, well, you dont want it enough. Admit, that you dont want to quit enough, if you cant just stop it. I used to smoke for 6 years, then vaped for 3, always knew its bad, i just wanted to smoke and vape, for my own reasons.. i woke up one morning, and i was done with it. Boom, done, not smoking anymore. Why cant you? Best time to quit is before sleep, take all your cigarettes, throw them out, leave only 1, and smoke it before bed, and when the morning comes, you dont smoke. Its very easy. And of course, you will feel angry for some time as your body craves nicotine, but you just deal with it, you mind should be stronger than your body. If you cannot do this one simple thing, admit you are weak. If i've done this, so can you. If you cant, you are weaker than me. Of course, i understand that not everyone is as strong as me. But those who want to, will stop, the weak ones will continue crying about how hard it is... :) Have a good day.
