Nope! They also take maple, hickory, ash, beech, and others. No poplar or softer wood
no explanation on how you use the laser or the gauge on the left. why didn't you zoom closer to the gauge showing the width of the boards?

How many logs do you saw in a shift ? For example today how many logs and footage?
Do you always debark your own logs or does another man do it?
It was my dad in this video! Sometimes it’s me and I’ll do it during break
16:50 These log turners, do you metal detect these logs before or after the debarking?
Honestly we don’t use a big metal detector. It just depends who we’re buying logs from🤷 Good loggers don’t send in metal logs. I haven’t hit metal in over a month

What does red oak smell like as it is being sawed ?
Sometimes kind of a musky smell. Some smell like pee!
What's your average run time when the deck is full of debarked logs ?
Would they buy tamarack/hackmatack/larch or hemlock ties?
Not in my area
