I met Tom Curren April 1992 at Surfection Dee Why done a Instore meet and greet signing. Was a real down to earth guy. I had photos taken with him. I also got his autograph on a Rio Curl Brochure. Lifetime Memories never Forgotten.

Those waves were crappy!…Tommy was great back in the day & still is, a real talent indeed but I’ve seen Richie Collins back in the day tearing it up in Newport and other spots in So.Cal. just rippin, I’ve always loved his aggressiveness and fluid riding ability in any kind of surf, and “Wave Tools”, ya gotta love the classic iconic Wave Tools boards, wish I still had mine from the early days! 🤙🏼
