Many low-vibrational people make me often angry, & as we know now that anger has been proven to be bad for your heart. When ever the irregular heart palpitations start, I make a habit of listening to Deva's healing music, while I do the proper breathing techniques I was taught as a mild detoxifier, use some acupressure on myself, & go back into deep meditation where I let her music vibrate throughout all the cells of my body. Deva is a life-saving angel, that is in short supply in this toxic world.
