I had to go to Michigan with my ex-wife one time to pick up my son and it was so funny how driving from Charlotte to Lansing and other places was like a five minute drive to me. And being from Orange County Texas it’s at minimum of 20 minute drive to go to freaking Beaumont and then it’s an hour and 44 minute drive to 2 Hour Dr. to go from Orange to Houston. I told my ex-wife’s parents that it was hilarious. It feels like I could drive through the longest part of the state of Michigan in the time that it takes me to drive from my house to Houston, Texas.😂
