Buffalo needs to bring a Trader Joe's store to its downtown. Their store in Amherst is always packed with customers. Also, their prices & product selection are way better than Braymiller's.
No we’re here because this market was insanely expensive and did not provide what the families that live here actually need. They were so focused on providing food for the people that work downtown not the people who are actually living here The mistake was making this a braymiller it should’ve been an Aldi or a tops Braymiller has no businesses being the only grocery store in the area it’s a glorified bodega
Maybe we could know down that useless skyway. You know that piece of infrastructure that literally exists to serve suburbanites headed to the towns, to avoid the city.... WNY is an absolute joke.
Typical. Buffalo is such a pathetic city, ran by suburbanites. But hey let's make sure Pegula had a billion dollars to build a stadium in the middle of nowhere. I used to love (born and raised in the city) but as I began to see more of the country I realized Buffalo truly is a DYING city, and this a major reason why. WNY is one giant suburb with a football team. Buffalo is not treated or viewed as a city.
Not enough customers downtown. They can’t compete with supermarkets on price. A downtown grocery store failed here in Rochester for the same reasons, and that one failed before the pandemic.
Yup. Hey ....that Bills stadium being built downtown would had them doing well. This is the result man. Everyone would had gained something just like the other cities.
If you’re selling regular items like MAYONAISE at $12 and the normal grocery stores are 1/2 the price what do you think would happen? Ppl choose to shop and have delivered than to be robbed for convenience! I’m happy they’re closing it was robbery!!!
It wasn't that I'm sure. Not enough traffic and shopping down there daily. Bills stadium going downtown somewhere anywhere would had been enormous for them.
Why are we surprised? This issue predates the pandemic. Businesses have been closing for years downtown. Stop with the excuses! Elmwood and even Hertel are thriving now. Restaurants and bars can’t be the only thing downtown. All these apartments and instead of bringing in a notable and trustworthy grocery store you go with this? I guarantee if a Wegmans, Dash or Lexington Co was downtown this wouldn’t have happened. This city is always cutting corners and paying the price for it.
No, in other words catering to suburbs..how much money did the state give a BILLIONAIRE to build a silly stadium in the middle of nowhere??? WNY is one giant TACKY suburb that'll never grow because of uneducated suburbanites, like yourself.
Thanks to AI they're not going to be able to dupe the people with their economic sophistry for much longer. This was entirely predictable from day one.

That isn't a loan if they don't have to pay it back. That is a gift that us tax payers were forced to give.
It happening in every city, stop shoplifting.,

Stop blaming covid for everything
It wasn't covid, but their crazy response to covid that killed so many businesses
We need jobs that pat something in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY., area. Stores don't make it without customers with money to spend.
You’re Covid excuses are invalid. Ineffective law enforcement and willingness to ignore uncontrolled shoplifting are destroying businesses.
Where do you park?
Maybe we could know down that useless skyway. You know that piece of infrastructure that literally exists to serve suburbanites headed to the towns, to avoid the city....
WNY is an absolute joke.
Buffalo where business goes to die.
How does the Buffalo Bills keep making money?
Quit voting democrat
Clueless WNY suburbanite. What else is new? Y'all don't even realize how pathetic your region is 😂
They need to put an Aldi in? Braymiller Market in Hamburg is expensive.
Aldi all day
Mismanagement has its consequences too..
Keep catering to the suburbs. There's a reason WNY's population is in a constant decline. This isn't mismanagement.

Put in a Tops... this is buffalo... make housing affordable and clean up the crime downtown and people will live there again...
Shoplifting has its consequences

Nobody stole outta there
Democratic Utopia 🤣
So sad for so many, including thr business. 😪😪😪
Me and my family don’t even know that these places exist in Buffalo. The only ads about these places we get is from instagram reels…
This is what they vote for.
It should've been a Tops

1:45 in other words shoplifting. Stop being politically correct.

Buffalo has to be the only place where they can't keep a fucking super market open in its downtown.
Orchard Park Bills stadium area is doing great and awesome tho!
Don't forget the billion dollars the state gave Pegula, a billionaire.
Orchard Park is beautiful l
You have to be joking , another place to not shop!
🤔 It's only gonna get worse 😩
Buffalo is a joke, always has been
Buffalo been trying to bring people back downtown now for 50 plus years! NYS should subsidize retail in the whole downtown core. NYC bleeds us dry.
Sad
Tear the subway above Main St out ASAP. Bring back cars and problem solved.
I'll be at the Buffalo Pub on Chippewa Street getting a Burger to eat.
another vacant building in buffalo.
We went to Taps friendly markets. Love that super duper. We needs jabs.
"Repair the situations that led to the closure here" Hmmmmm, maybe don't shoplift 🤣🤣🤣
Lol.nobody stole outta ther
@@JosephTucker-h7eexactly they’re loud and wrong
