"what's your sad story?" Depression and anxiety basically made a 2 year missing gap in my life. Then the next 2-3 years (still continuing) reclaiming my life and learning how to live again.
Been there. Best of luck. Hope you come to enjoy things again, even if slowly. Little progress is still progress.

Then I lost a person I loved the most. He died 1 week before Christmas eve. I still sometimes cry then I remember him. We were in seventh grade. He was my classmate 😭😭😭
when i starved myself and poorly dieted for three months straight just to feel good about myself. 💔
@@mamienovacuisine during that period, i hardly ate and excessively exercised. i lost 10kg, and i was thrilled to finally be over with that. but my eating habits have never been the same; some positive and some negative. i eat healthier, but sometimes i can't help but to binge and feel so guilty afterwards. i was convinced i had an ED, and that created major anxiety. i was touchy, more sensitive than usual and on the brink of having a breakdown, and the worst thing was that i didn't have the confidence to tell anyone how i was feeling. i felt like a loser; a fat loser. i constantly calorie counted, labelled foods as "good" and "bad", i called myself fat and ugly to try and motivate myself.. sometimes i even felt ungrateful and selfish considering im just slightly over my average age weight now, and that i complain that why couldn't i have a fast metabolism or be like the other "pretty girls" in my classes. i was very overweight before, but after losing 10kg i was better, then i lost around 4kg over a few months so im taking it slow. i'd just like to grow a little taller or lose 4kg more, then i know i'd finally be able to feel "pretty" and confident.
im still not done with my weight loss journey, but im proud to say that im learning to love myself. not fully, but bit by bit im getting there. im sorry for ranting, and im so proud of you for getting through your own journey. we're all stronger than we think. 💜

My sad story: I was in a toxic relationship. I loved him so much that I believed his lies and he also cheated on me and was agressive towards me. Now I'm single and I'm trying to build some confidence :). I have trust issues and I will never believe a man again. Yeeeey :D

My sad story? My longtime friend was an EMT, we were debating on becoming a couple, and we did, but only when she was hospitalized for covid. I was her girlfriend for only 9 days.
I feel so hollow, but music makes it a little better. But I'm glad she knew I loved her before she passed.

I dont know if it's sad but
I try to never complain about anything to others, I mean even if I want to talk to somebody when im sad or depressed, Im putting this mask where I laugh, joke around so they wouldnt know what's going on and its not even like im doing that on purpose, Im in a point where its just natural to hide those negative emotions, I want to bring and share only positive energy with others even if that's means that i need to swallow all that bitter and bad shit on my own.
My sad story is my "best friend " of 8 years being truthful and ending the friendship on a note of "i was using you the whole time" and about a year later im dealing with my emotions trying not to get lost in every memory such as my mistakes that ill get into at 50 likes but more on that later, my sad story is slowing working itself out but if it doesnt ill be back one day
