If you mean can I change the elemental power in some skills, yes it's called "tripod" in this game. You can change tripods of your skill without any cost
Sorc's id skills are boosting your dmg but depends on your id gauge. You will do more dmg with full gauge ofc! You can see more detail in game explanation!
NA should be within the next month or two (probably) as each class is getting announced through UA-cam. Sorceress was just announced for KR, probably get release with RU, then NA next year...I would assume.

If you hit lv 50 and finish ultimate skill quest in Vern, you will unlock ult + Judgement day
