This 4-3-3(5) is such an underrated formation. Inspired by the Europa League winning squad managed by Maurizio Sarri, this 4-3-3(5) is based off a vertical tiki-taka enabled by a 3 man midfield of a deep lying center mid, a box to box, and a mezzalla/attacking center mid alongside an overlapping fullback and wingers that tuck in whenever space is available and makes diagonal runs in the striker's space.

I'm playing your 4231, but I don't know how to place my attacker right...
My four attackers are POTM Mbappé, Thunderstruck Cantona , 89 Evo Malen and Triple Threat Ginola.
I got Cantona at ST Gino at cam Mbappé rm and malen LM
Is there a better way to place that? I personally think that Mbappé is good on the wing, but I can't utilize his full potential on the wing I think he would be better off at Striker.

Defensive(got 2 goal lead in 60th min)
Ultra defensive(got 1 goal lead in 80th min)
I've played this game too long. There's always a desire to win. I'm never be great at this game and it's not even fun anymore. Been playing since 2010 and this is the worst one ever. I've seen this game go from fun with friends to a money grab. EA is the devil.

Ive been using these tactics this weekend league, and my players are just never open. I'm totally marked out of the game, and players dont make any attempt to show for the ball. Really odd.
I see he has Bruno at the cdm position but he only plays cm or cam so I take it he not running this form at full Chem jus cuz I wanted to run this jus wanted to make sure that’s what he was doing with Bruno
I find come short on wingers makes it better as if not put on they run too high up and hardly get involved otherwise a great formation
Would be helpful if you explained all the other settings, rather than just going straight to ultra.

Started using this formation since your last video on it. Had some fun with it. The only problem I see is that the wingers are not coming back in defense even if I set the instructions on them
Which 5 tacticts do you recommend to use? (One for ultra defensive, one for ultra attacking and the others depending on the game situation)
This has been great so far. Since I got to elite, my record has been 5 to 6 losses for every win. Tried this and am 2 for 2 now.

for old gen I would say balanced may be better, join the attack might be too aggressive but I'm not surte
and this formation is much different to 4231 so go ahead and try it to see if it works out well for you

hey bro appreciate ur content, keep ur the good work. i need ur help with something about the 4-3-2-1. in the middle i have yaya toure / sawa and bruno. i have yaya in the middle with ( stay behind and central ) , i also have sawa with cover side. but evrytime i defend i find yaya in the side and sawa in the middle and its driving me crazy, ur help would much appreciated thanks in advance !
It's because of one of the defensive stats, I think defensive awareness. Do you have a shadow on Sawa? Try a more attacking chem style on her like hunter and make sure you have a shadow on Toure

I don't sub to people usually. But this video alone has earnt the sub no doubt. The formation and tactics solved all my problems and defending and build up play. The explanation with the video is so in depth it helps use the formation perfectly. Went from 1-9 in FUT Champs this morning to 11-9. Literally went and won 10 in a row and I have to put it down to this video mate. Keep it up mate!

i actually only play those 20 games, plus 5 to qualify, and sometimes 7 more for DR. that’s 15 hours a week at most. i spend more time on classes and going to work lol
