I’ll never forget going to a convention in 2018 and watching my friend go up to meet him and get a picture with him. When he saw me standing on the side, watching happily, he said “come here”. And gladly took a picture with me too, no charge. He definitely didn’t have to do that. He was such a stand-up guy. I’ve heard tons of wonderful things about him. RIP Scott.
It’s crazy to me that people idolize celebrities over mundane things like including you in the picture. They shouldn’t even be charging for photos in the first place, they make more than most of the people who pay them for the photos lol

I hated when they killed Herschel. I thought he was the best character on the show. He is just really an authentic Southern gentleman. The lines he had an the delivery were really great words of wisdom. I have an Uncle who passed who was from Mississippi who had a similar Southern delivery. I am wondering if part of the reason he left the show was his age. He is 75 years old and working on the show could have been a bit demanding.
