@dravenrift1166 no we really don't. Misconception. Don't believe everything you see/ hear on the internet. That's just another internet trend that people picked up. Fast makes me itchy. My brain actually hurts. I can't focus. It's terrible.

slow & gentle asmr is so underrated honestly
fr fr like its so much more relaxing than intense asmr, making it easier to sleep
It is shame and paradox, slow and gentle is only true ASMR. I don't need fast and agressive, that make me angry, and not sleep.

Its applied knowledge, anyone can make noises into a mic but theres a certain order and flow, a system if you like. Many are lacking this
For me I think it's a black screen in the fact that she doesn't really wear much bright colors so it's more relaxing

I've been trying to find some slow adhd asmr and everything that includes adhd in the title is super fast. I get that adhd has trouble focusing on something for too long, but it doesnt mean that it needs to go super fast and aggressive.
I love this video because it doesnt necessary focus on one thing for too long, and even if it does, you add different aspects like different mouth sounds, long long you say words, and different directions. Thank you for this!
Y'know what you're the only one that does a black background and it's honestly top tier cause it doesn't blast my eyes awake trying to go to sleep and get visual triggers.
