Just some corrections: The worms were not made by scientists nor did they have bacteria placed in them. They were discovered by scientists and now the scientists are trying to discover what enzymes and bacteria that they naturally have allow them to digest plastic/Styrofoam.

I loved the dog that was unwilling to look at the owner, lol. I had a shy pitbull like that. If you stared at her a little too long or began to laugh, she'd know you were laughing at her and would become self-conscious, even if what she was doing was quite funny. She needed a lot of praise and assurance that she was a good girl. A tummy rub usually did the trick.

Regarding the worms, 1 concern: do we trust folks to not let them out into the wild? Imagine having an infestation of these in your yard or house eating everything plastic.

That depends on whether or not their offspring contains the same digestive bacteria, and how quickly they reproduce, and whether they can eat hard plastics or only styrofoam.
If they were released in the wild I'd assume they'd only be eating what they originally were capable of eating.
Honestly it wouldn't be so bad. There are wooden yard objects and on the flip side the types of plastic they can eat would become biodegradable...
I don't know if they could eat hard plastic though

A little more about those birds. There is a leader, which is almost always the oldest bird, and they get together a group of younger males. They will practice their routine together even when not in the presence of a female. Only the leader gets the female bird, and eventually, the wingmen will become the troop leader. Their courtship dance is also amazing to watch, especially since there are usually three birds in a troop
As an ethologist (animal behaviorist) I need to comment on the Doberman's behavior - this is called sucking and is a stress-related, self-soothing behavior. You will notice that your dog tends to suck on something when they are distressed, agitated or has separation anxiety.

I'm crying after I saw the last clip. That cat looks just like mine that passed away two days ago on 9th of November. I found her floating in our pond, she drowned. When I took her out and looked at her face, I saw her full white dead eyes. I just can't understand how did she drown. She was 9 years old. Rest in peace, I will never forget you.
