Sneak peek: Waldo's Circus of Magic & Terror Circus Week

A peak into what the cast and creative team got up to during Circus Week!
Our cast is made up of both professional circus performers and artists new to the practice. Some, like our two leads Abbie and Dom, have been training specifically for their roles for over a year, whilst for others this is the first time they are turning their hand to circus performance.
To begin bringing Waldo's circus troupe together, we spent our first week of rehearsals focussing on the circus elements within the show. Led by Cirque Bijou's Billy Alwen, we spent time exploring, developing and collaborating - learning from each other, playing together and trying out ideas for movement language that we will take through to the show rehearsals.
