Remembering Adventurer Luna

Dear Adventurers,
It is with a heavy heart that I share some sad news about my friend, Luna Perrone. On 11/24/24, Adventurer Luna passed away after an incredibly brave and hard-fought battle against Ewing’s Sarcoma.
In September 2022, the Childhood Cancer Society and I were honored to grant Luna’s wish for an “Enchanted Theme Park Experience” at Disney and Universal. During her trip, Luna’s family created unforgettable memories, and her radiant spirit touched not only her loved ones but also the theme park creators who participated in Adventure Ted’s Theme Park Extravaganza. A special thank you to the Continuum on South Beach for sponsoring Luna’s wish grant!
Even while facing her own challenges, Luna’s compassion and determination to help others shined brightly. She launched Project #LPStrong during a relapse, inspiring countless others with her strength and selflessness.
Luna was a gifted soccer player, a fierce fighter, and a beacon of light in the lives of everyone who knew her. She caught so many hearts, and her legacy will continue to inspire us all. Luna, you will forever be loved and deeply missed.
