I've been aware of how social media and influencers often make us dissatisfied with our own lives, always pushing us to desire something better and far from where we are. I didn't realize there were others who shared this critical perspective. This video is truly eye-opening. I've heard it said that stress comes from the gap between where you are and where you want to be. The bigger the gap, the greater the stress. To overcome this, we should learn to appreciate what we have. Thank you for sharing this important message.
