When I break/transform those patterns I usually just let my self do the pattern without shame and just pay attention to what I’m actually feeling energetically. And a lot of patterns really don’t feel good and the more you can have that experience of doing it and knowing it doesn’t feel good the more you build a clarity that you don’t want to do that. This is the truest morality for me. To decide what is right and wrong for me based on how it feels, not based on some intellectual idea or what’s right and wrong. Trust your heart, from my experience it can’t lie, it always points to love/truth/good.

I had a profound thought that girls learn to connect to their hearts by this technique, however I didn’t realize it’s for guys too. When we experience shame in life we tell ourselves that any form of intimacy is wrong, especially masturbation. And we believe we shouldn’t drink, smoke etc. But there’s no harm if it’s not a destructive habit. Truly it was feminine energy that got me here to this point. Taylor Swift has been a guardian angel through my dark spiritual awakening period, but so has Sarah McLachlan. Because her Adia is there to help people have compassion on theirselves as they grow up. ❤
