[Eng Sub] Japanese Listening Practice | Walk and Talk in Jinbouchou in Tokyo

  • Опубліковано 18 вер 2022
  • Jinbouchou is a city in Tokyo and famous for its publishers and bookstores gathering there.
    I walked from the subway A2 exit to Suzuran-dori Street.
    I'm speaking in Japanese so it'll be a great practice for your listening comprehension.

      Sure, of course! I'd like my viewers to get used to kanji even if they don't know any, so I added furigana. I'm glad that it helped you too 😄

    This video had the feel of a documentary. It's encouraging to see so many bookstores doing well, since Amazon has basically taken over the book market in the US (although many still use libraries, too)..

    • @SpeakJapaneseNaturally
      @SpeakJapaneseNaturally  Рік тому +12

      You're right. Small bookstores especially are disappearing in Japan as well. The bookstores in Jinbouchou have some characteristics which appeal to people, so they are still in business, but you never know what the future will bring ... 😢

    Could you do more Japanese videos for intermediate or even advanced levels ? Especially the grammar and vocabulary used in natural conversations between native Japanese people.

I was wishing for a video where it's kind of like... like how a mom would talk to her child and tell the child where they are going, what she is doing, etc. Not in a condescending way or anything, but just like normal conversation about what is going on, like how parents usually do with kids as they walk around. Thank you!
