I never used the ultimate cooldown. I know being able to EMP more is good but i don't rely on it for stunning and damaging enemies

I can understand that… the way I used the ult accelerants, the easy EVO shield points it provided were a bonus… plus EMP cancels out so many abilities, for example conduit, it was the perfect counter plus the damage for a solid push
