The extra expedition that has only red artifacts is unlocked when you get Lara to red rank. You do not have to pre-order her to get that bonus. I thought I'd mention that here since you left that part out of the video.

Thanks for this important video. I naively thought you could pump her up immediately after paying the 9.99. Since I cant do this there is ZERO sense in getting her now.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'd understood so far you do get an additional expedition at the air craft (-> 9 total instead of 8 if you have VIP and Valkyrie's Favor) and this add. expedition provides you red artifacts only(!) - how many? We will see. But might be worth it, having her in red but not for 200 USD. Would have been nice if you right away opened her hero view panel after getting her.
Yeah, it will be interesting to see how it all works out.

Yes of course. To buy her already in red is only a pricy "shortcut" -> pay to win, you remember? ;-)
Summon her during event. You don't even get VIP points and you still have to wait till 13th to pump her up anyway! Essentially for 9.99 you just got the Avatar, some lousy potions and grey to violet items. Totally zero value unless you started playing this week
They might have another offer where you can buy the extra expedition bonus during the event but I'm not sure.

Yeah, I'm not sure, I've heard a couple of different things so I guess we'll find out when the event goes live.
Hey Kathrine, did you find her in your heros collection? I bought her too (basic version) but she does not show up. Reported as bug already to support.

The thing is, you will be able to see her once she appears in the game. For now, you can find your preorder bonus in the “Coins” tab in your Inventory. :)

Wow, I think they could have mentioned that you DONT get her right away. I feel a bit scammed.
This is a "Pre-Order" which means you're ordering it ahead of time. You should get what you paid for when she's officially released.
Cool tidbit about the coins tab, I didn't think to check but it's cool that she's there.
@@MistyKathrine But this makes NO sense! Everyone gets her for free at release day. Getting her to violet isn't that hard to do. I do feel scammed.
In discord about the pre-order community manager wrote: "What do you get for pre-order: a head-start in upgrading her. You will get a Leveled-up and Ranked-up Lara Croft from the start of the event, while everyone will have her gray and Level 1. And a unique Avatar that won't be purchasable in any other way after the event starts. So if you won't get it in pre-order - you just won't get it ever. Also, Lara Croft pre-orders lets you bypass some of the usual restraints - for example, with pre-order you could get 100 level Lara with Red equipment that usually has 120+ level requirement"
Wow 860k vip points. How much did you spend in total? $15k USD?
Probably about half that, not 100% sure though since I didn't track this account as much as my other one and most of my purchases on this account in the early days were with other currencies.

Lack of VIP aside these preorders arent not even close to worth it. If you want to powerlevel Lara with emeralds you can get her to red rank for less than half of the price if you pick some up at an x5. The level you get is like 30 seconds of spamming XP potions that everyone with a 130 account has a ton of. And you dont get any extra star ranks on either her or the artifacts and nothing else either so in summation this so called "offer" is just highway robbery.
Yeah, it's hard for me to recommend them, I can see the $10 one if you really want the unique and want to make sure you get her in case you can't be online during the event or something but other than that, meh.

Apparently the lack of VIP is a mistake and they will compensate those of us who bought already.
