Thanks for the video. You might like to try Tamiya extra thin cement for gluing your styrene. You don't need to run a bead of it. Just oppose the styrene edges (assemble them) and dab the cement at the joint. Capillary action will suck it along the join line. HTH.

You can use floral paint to paint Styrofoam. Its pricey. You can get it at Michael arts and craft and hobby lobby. When I worked there, the soccer moms would talked down to us.. so when they had projects that involved Styrofoam, I always recommended regular spray paint. I'm not ashamed for what I did.
