Want to be a good arm wrestler, you got to take your beatings. Sadly most who train like this won't last. Injuries are inevitable.

They ARE taking their beatings. I went to one of their practices recently, I definitely took a beating. These guys have been at it for 2+ years now and going strong. Injuries stem from lack of recovery, not from training hard.
