Good information here in this video! The people I bank with are smart and well established, so I do not fear loosing my money. Anytime there is bad financial news out- it's easy to let your mind run wild.

Good to see you continuing-BACK (in name)- As crazy as things have been for a couple years, I would not even be the least bit surprised if these 3 (or 4) bank collapses, would open the door to taking more steps to move to the government digital currency. Always the voice of reason my friend. Unfortunately I've never had a big savings or checking account and I prefer a local credit union of hospital workers for my banking needs. My 401K has always been "stable value" heavy as well. So no worries here my friend. As for a pullback on precious metals I have three words for you. Buy! Buy! Buy!

That’s what happening. Panic buying. I bought a 1 Oz bar recently from a company and was sold to me for around $20. 2 weeks later it’s now near $30. Why because of the panic buying and supply/demand. The dealers/suppliers are the ones who are licking their chops at the folks who are panic buying.
I want spot prices to drop so I can stack more!!

Stay calm? BUT.... yeah, okay. As an aside, banks do have reserve requirements. Scroll down on that article to see how it works. The exemptions came in to allow liquidity for the PPP type loans. The bigger issue is possibly the deregulation from 2018. No more reporting on risky investments.

I believe the insurance “limit” is based on main account holder per institution. So you can have a checking account with your wife as a secondary and vice versa. Not just multiple accounts with the same primary (and secondary) at the same institution.
You can have multiple. I checked with my bank.

Well, I had big plans for gold to dip by this Summer time and gift me some really cheap gold. My plans may not materialize. Who is Silver Britches? I never heard of him. Where is the cleaning man who likes gold? I am confused. Oh well.

MAKE SURE when you start a second or third account they are IN DIFFERENT BANKS. you are ONLY insured in one bank up to 250k even if you have three accounts in that bank or so i am told. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
First of all the Federal Reserve will prevent a mega bank meltdown. 2008 involved brokerage firms and investment banks which were taken over by the big banks. As far as gold and silver no amount of bullion will bail you out in a complete financial armageddon.

Yea since the federal reserve came into existence dec 23rd 1913.
You would have to open up a account at a different branch you can have 5 different accounts at the same branch but it’s still only $250k covered for all accounts under that branch . But yeah I don’t see gold and silver holding for the year I feel there will be more dips . Great video bro 😎

The problem is too many panic buyers are causing a run on silver/gold buying and is causing prices to jump.
For instance I bought a silver bar from a company for around $20 that same bar is now $30 a bar. And I’m talking about a $10 increase in 2 weeks. Now could I make money on selling it yeah but for all the folks who bought high now are the ones who hope that silver keeps going up because if it falls so does the value of investment. Because your not going to be able to say well I want $40 for that silver coin because that’s what bought it for while the prices are now lower then what you got it for.
I think I’ll wait a-bit before I buy again. I’m looking to get more for my money then having less to buy with.

Any bank that bought low yielding government bonds and invested in tech, esg, crypto, etc. is at risk as the value of those bonds is below par value on the market. They are illiquid. If you're a little guy who buys bank stocks, or bank bonds be careful. If you're a big guy who invests directly with (not in) these banks than don't worry even if your account is way over $250K which like 90% of SVB clients were as Joe will make you whole. Gotta keep their donor's flush with cash to donate.
