This book poses a lot of interesting questions, but it fails to answer any satisfyingly. I understand it is limited in scope, but the reanimation of the dead would absolutely destroy society. There are two problems. One, there would be the usual divide between the poor and the rich, those who can afford to keep living and those who can't. Second, our limited resource world could not support the greater longevity of those who die and are brought back and those yet to be born. This would resilt in endless wars between the short-lived proletariat and long-lived elite for rights of procreation and access to less resources per capita. Death is the last and surest equalizer.
This is one of the best older SciFi stories. While it's speculative, it's not outlandish, and it has a good storyline. Good job.
Perfect timing 🎉🎉
