If you don't know who's Jekyll, it's hard to properly appreciate the song, it describes the character so well ! The whole album is extraordinary, not for ears that are stuck on one genre, the multiple styles they are approaching , the cool beats complementing the amazing vocals , there are not many kpop groups to pull it through so well , reason why they're monsters among other tiny groups 😉
Jekyll is in allusion to the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The character has two personas in him. In the Obsession MV the theme is about exo battling their evil clone / alter ego. The flags actually represents the two sides evil and good. It also cleverly spells out E X O.
