Great question! If you head to our website and check under "Rules", you'll see all the legal aspects of this giveaway. All legitimately done giveaways you see, including ours, will have a 3rd party sweepstakes company facilitating our giveaway. Their job is to protect YOU and to keep companies like us in check to make sure everything is done fairly, legally, and that everything is honest. We specifically use Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC.
That also means at the end of each and every giveaway, we send your entries to them and they draw out a winner out of the pot.
Forbidden Adventures does NOT pick any winners or conduct any drawings.
