I like how most of the maps either reference or directly show the fate that befell their respective world’s Sonic. Really helps to sell the feeling that there’s no hope for the victims now that their greatest hero is gone.
@@ArcBeetle0 In some of the maps (Marble Zone from the Ordinary Sonic ROM, Crystal Lake from EYX & Chinelin), you can find the bodies of those games’ respective versions of Sonic. For example, EYX’s Sonic can be found strung up by vines in the bottom corner of Crystal Lake, Chinelin’s embedded on a spike wall next to a row of speed shoe boxes & OSR’s Sonic being held up by his ankle by OSR EXE. I was saying I liked it because it helps add to the feeling of hopelessness & certain doom the mod was going for - with Sonic gone, there’s no real way to stop the EXEs’ rampage. It’s a bit of environmental storytelling I can’t help but love.
What makes Sally more special then the rest of the characters to where she doesn't have a different name? Is there a connection between her and X in the lore?
