It's truly fitting that Myrna Loy's prints are right next to Joan's. Those two had a great friendship, and Myrna stayed loyal to Joan even after her death, defending her publicly.
Lovely tribute to our stunning Joan.
So proud of her... Just proud... She is amazing in so many ways ❤ thank you!
I love Joan Crawford
Never knew there were cement prints in NY; Joan still had lovely legs!
I know, right? 😱
Thank you for putting this together, a wonderful tribute to the beautiful Joan Crawford. Her legs were still sensational and her smile lit up her face from within, she was still looking gorgeous. I appreciate all the hard work you put into this channel. It’s wonderful to see Joan honoured as she should be.
So Wonderful to see!!! ❤️⭐️
So elegant, as was Crawford.
She still had those legs! I love it. 💖
Beautiful video and I love the music! I had no idea so many famous names left their imprint Theatre 80 St. Marks. Joan Blondell, Myrna Loy, and Gloria Swanson? Crawford is in good company!
We miss you Joanie!!! Bless you.
That was really cool!
Superstar 🤩💜
When did Gloria Swanson add her name?
I noticed some are foot and some are hand prints. Why was this place important?
It was a small theater in the East Village, I used to go to old movies there all the time in the 1980s. I believe the guy who ran it (owner?), Howard Otway, was friends w/ many if not all of these old-time celebs. So it was truly a labor of love - the prints, I mean. It's on St Marks Place I think just west of 1st Avenue, if I recall correctly
