Flipping a Bungalow House in St. Pete | Doubling The Size of a Bungalow

We've stumbled upon a new Busted Crib to house flip in St. Petersburg, Florida.
This will be some a charming home after we have flipped it! It's super small right now...under 1000 square feet. But we'll be adding a lot of house to the back of this Bungalow to make it closer to 1200-1500 square feet. We're planning on it being a 3/2 Bungalow and we could not be more excited about it...OK, a little anxious, BUT WE FINALLY HAVE A BUSTED CRIB AFTER 2 YEARS!!!
