randy blaunket jumping logs and catching the same fish he hooked and lost, throwing back in seconds later and getting it in the boat ... WOW how awsome was that...
I was actually at the weigh in for one of the days of this tournament, I must have fit as many autographs on a single white bassmasters hat as humanly possible lol.
Randy Blaukat was a heck of an angler and a very humble hammer at that point in time. Fished similar to John Cox and even Paul Mueller finding his own deal and getting away from the crowd.
No he really wasn't, he fished a long time and really didn't do much more than average compared to everyone else who fished at the same time. I mean it's more than I'll ever do but as professional anglers go he was average
@coltonn31 I am, if I weren't I would say how these were the only days Randy could actually be competitive. As soon as people started figuring out electronics he fell off the face of the earth. He's a bitter old man who can't compete and blames it on everything other than what it is. He's just washed up
He was able to compete for more than 10 years and did quite well until electronics came to dominate the field. That's no small accomplishment. So he has some gripes, who cares? You guys get angrier at him than he does at live scopers. Just relax.
These were the real Hero's of Bass fishing!!! This and Earlier was real Bass Fishing!!!!😮😮😮
Nothing like the good ole days. Thanks..
I know
Cool seeing Alton Jones jr.on stage.
Thanks for posting these videos! As a young boy teaching myself how to fish, It Bring back good memories, thank you.

Glad to see my man Randy Blaukat ripping those lips!

Best thing i saw about this tournament was no one was looking at their depth finder all day
Great video-really nice edit-I'm just starting a channel-not as easy as it looks
Tell me about it… these were the days.
I'm shocked to still see a round baitcaster used in 2000-2001 era.
😆 Lucky Tony wasn’t there catching 6 pounders!
