@@AdjusterTV thank you. I just wanted to be clear so if my homebase is Florida and I want to travel to Tennessee to go camping for a month and write my Florida claims there can I do that from my laptop? Also, what position would this be considered working from your laptop freely?

I would say that because the weather doesn't know or care what the economy is doing then claims is more recession proof than many other industries.

What about the guys that have more than 7 years of independent field experience that's handled over 1000 cat claims? All my usual firms have very limited work available. The comment section probably isn't the place for this.

Remote is extremely competitive so my best advice is still to get as many licenses as possible. And get in front of the firms at NACA this January.
