Materials
1 pack of dry yeast (10g)
2 tablespoons of sugar (40g)
2 cups of warm milk (400ml)
1 tea glass of warm water (100ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
6 cups of flour (add 720g in a controlled manner)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)
For internal mortar
3 boiled potatoes
1 onion
half a tea glass of oil (50ml)
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
Black pepper
red pepper flakes
Salt
Parsley
For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of oil
