Love "Fibre Mood"!! I wish they gave you the option of having each pattern printed individually included with their magazine-so one didn't have to trace them all out-it does a number on my eyes!! LOL!! I'd happily pay extra for that option-just a thought for "Fibre Mood". I have bought quite a few patterns from them... :+)
If I'm not mistaken it's Sezane. In another video she references the Teifi Cardigan by Itch to Stitch which is a perfect pattern if you want to make one yourself. Still on my list! 😀
I bought the Fibre Mood magazine and made a cardigan once. It is lovely but I hated the pattern tracing, which was complicated and very time consuming, so much that I would never do it again. They issue proper patterns eventually I think. I love TMA patterns and the cardigan-coat looks great.
Adore that tie front cardigan coat....could perhaps be done in linen or twill, and just overlook everything? Boiled wool is much too warm for Australian climate!
I think a knit of some kind that doesn't have to be finished at the seams. I am thinking maybe fleece, not the sweatshirt kind, the other, for Canada. I think I would find wool itchy.
I love the Makers Atelier coat, all their patterns are really easy to make! I don't like Fibre Mood as all their patterns look like slightly old fashioned Eastern European clothes.
Goodness, really? I think of Fibremood as super-modern, almost avant garde! Perhaps FormerSovietChic is a thing! I love almost everything they do...BUT...as I said above, the tracing and seam-allowance-adding is hell! So in future I'm waiting for the individual patterns to come out.
That cardigan coat in boiled wool looks fab for working from home in, I do get cold when sitting for longer periods of time.
Morning Kate, I'm definitely getting the Fibremood magazine, and I just love the Cardigan/Coat, so classy..❤
Wonderful!

What is your lovely green jacket pattern?
I was going to ask the same question.

I so agree - all that fiddly tracing AND you have to add the seam allowances!
We do get the individual PDFs at a later date so if there is something you like you will be able to purchase it on its own (and avoid the tracing!) 😅
Thanks for another great roundup Kate - and today is first day of the KATM Advent Calendar I bought from you! X
I hope you enjoyed opening it! 🎁
@ it was awesome which reminds me haven’t opened todays! 😍
