- The Redeemer is my take on the Vigilante's boss replacement (Like Doise for Noise except its Redeemer for Vigilante)
He is an exorcist Bleu Cheeseslime finding Vigilante and is ready to give him judgement and finds him as a lost cause. after killing many cheeseslimes he only sees Vigilante as a cold hearted eliminator.

This is THE BEST boss replacement I've seen for Vigi so far! All of the other ones are Snotty, Boring as hell AND unoriginal! Impressive!

So Vigi's alternate boss isn't a weird, eldritch enigma like the Doise... but rather a direct antithesis to his status as a gunslinging sheriff of the law who specializes in religious witchcraft AND his identity isn't that of just Snotty?
...Okay, this actually goes kinda hard.
I'm thinking Pepperman would ether fight a rivaling green bell pepper, or the unused Big Clownmato boss as his replacement.
Fake Peppino would just fight a clone of himself just because he physically can.

Wouldn’t it make more sense for fake Peppino to fight Peppino? Maybe a more successful and powerful Peppino clone could be an alternative

So does that mean that if you play the game WITHOUT killing any cheese slime, would the redeemer spare us since we didn't kill any cheeseslime ?

I find the moral implications of Vigilante killing cheese slimes interesting
I have a few ideas to make the Redeemer more unique, but it's ultimately the developer's choice as to wether or not to add them; firstly maybe the tombstones can be linked to the ghost knights spawn. Also, the crusifix effect can give the Redeemer temporary immunity to bullets forcing Vigi to use his dynamite.
I have thought about giving the cross effect invincibility but ultimatly decided one it giving him a buff to his attack speed and movement (Just needs to be coded in).
Also I really love that idea for the tombstones

The boss to replace Vigilante should be like an outlaw or renegade he shut down only to comeback to plan a rodeo type fight and maybe like race for the final move on the weenie mounts to the finish line
idea for victory animation: somewhere in there he tips his hat
this is an awesome mod, I can't wait until it gets finished.
So Peppino has a creepy dough-like fake of himself with Fake Peppino, the Noise has some kind of weird Eldritch doppelganger in the Doise, and the Vigilante has an alternative cheese slime that's more like a crusader for the church. Now all we need is a rival to Pepperman to complete the whole thing. Since he's an artist, you could make him out to be a plagiarist who basically copies every single one of his moves. A sort of Dark Link to his regular Link.
The opposite to an artist is practically a gym rat, perfect

This fight symbolises the Muslim resistance against the Crusades, specifically the 7th crusade, with Vigilante representing the Mamluk Sultanate which conrolled Egypt and The Levant despite it's rulers being slaves of Turkic and (actual) Caucasian origins, while the Revengeful Redeemer represents the kingdom of Fr🤢nce and King Louis IX

Could you maybe showcase all of pepper man transformations. Because while we did saw the paper origami transformation in peppibot factory level. But what about the other levels with transformations?

My Headcanon for the Redeemer: He was a part of vigilante's family and a cousin and rival to Vigi. The redeemer is supposed to be the heir to John E. Cheese's fun farm until the old man himself passed the Wasteyard to The Redeemer and gave Vigi the rights to the Fun Farm, The rotten cheeslime didn't like this so he exiled himself in Pizzascare to train as an exorcist, gather resources used in his attacks and recruit ghostknights to later challenge Vigi to a "Duel to death" in order to regain what he supposed to have. Later on he accepted his defeat and respected vigilante as the new owner of fun farm, or is he??

Tbh, i think it makes sense, afterall any cheese slime could replace the vigilante in the boss fight if their skilled enough

instead of a gun it should be a crossbow stake launcher and the bazooka can be a canon or something medivel idk
i got a couple problems mainly being the music, it does not feel like boss music it feels more like a scraped theme for wasteyard [the song is good but i just dont think it fits] it seems like the boss isnt visually done so i wont criticise that but the swapping between holy water and holy hand grenades makes the boss look off because neither explode dispite it making sense for both [holy water could splash], the vigilante's battle sprite has a lot of issues such as the shading on his fist and hat not matching the colour pallet and the small version of himself also having the default coloured hat

If it was Pepperman, I feels like the boss might will be Chilliman

No, it's not snotty at all... It's another Cheeseslime but he is made of Bleu cheese and is also an exorcist.

It's supposed to buff his movement and attack speed but programming is iffy
