Here in NC I use a Thomas spoon and cast masters to catch stockers and hold overs in the lakes and rivers but the Thomas spoon always out fishes the cast master and I am fishing them in the exact same colors
Just started watching you guys...Addicted and Stay Fishy.. All you guys are awesome..! Ordered me some Addicted tackle and going to Lake Ontario tomorrow for some steelhead and browns. Some trout recipes would be awesome ! Thank for all the great videos.
Hello from Ukraine !!!! Try Hopkins Shorty 9 or 11g on straight retrieve , real good !!!! Unfortunately we haven't this beautiful spoons in our country👍👍👍🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦✌✌✌
Vids on Brown trout, Brook Trout, Tiger Trout, Bull Trout would be good. Central Oregon. kayak/small watercraft on mountain lakes. River Float trips for trout(raft, drift boat, IK, etc.)
@@helterskelter156 No. I just cast and retrieve either slowly, like one turn then pause a second, then one turn again and pause, making sure it doesn't hit the bottom and snag. And if that doesn't work, I do a steady retrieve at slow casual pace, sometimes that works. I caught my PR bass with a kastmaster at 7.6 lbs.
I have 3 Kastmasters ready for our Striper Season which starts in 12 days! It would be sick if you guys went to the northeast for some Striped Bass Action!
Been fishing Kastmasters, for 55 years,in fresh water, and saltwater, they are the most versatile lures, ever! The hook change, also adds versatility, a little 2 or 3 inch squid body, will kick that bad boy, over the top!
Love the videos man i was asking about kastmaster for steelhead the other week and bam here it is...some recommendations for trout is targeting trophys bows and browns trolling or however you guys do it on lakes from a boat then ine from shore!! Get that spring fishin on !!
Great video as always. I would really like to see how you would fish the high mountain lakes like in the Indian Heaven area. Hope to cross paths with you somewhere this summer.
How do you find your spots? I live up in the PNW and most of the spots up here that I hear of are stocked ponds. Do you have an app for finding them or do you just drive around?
I used the KM's in the lakes up in the hills of Salt Lake City. Gold/red kills the Tiger trout. I found they hit it from the front, so I put a hook on the eyelet of the KM and bam, trout all day
Maybe a swivel would give it a different action that would get them steelhead. It has been ages since I have ever fished a kastmaster and they sure did work great.
I’m sorry but can you guys make a video about how to identify salmon and when to fish for them and also legality of fishing them? I’ve heard so many different names for them and I just cannot understand the species they look so alike sometimes
Spoons are ok in colored up water, but I’ve learned that they tend to spook steelhead in clear water. And there aren’t many steelhead around anymore so I’d rather put a bead In front of em instead of scaring away the possible only fish of the day
Add red bell pepper, shallot, celery, cilantro and garlic to your tuna! You’re welcome my guy! TEXTURE, VISUAL, AND VERITY OF FLAVOR! I feel like I know all your recipes. Challenge yourself to branch out or you’ll cease to evolve. Your so called friends tell you what you want to hear, your real friends tell you the truth. 😅
Love Kastmasters! Have caught so many different species of fish on them!
Small island camping / backpack camping on trout lakes, ponds and small streams! Some of the coolest content you do. I re watch them all every year!
Jordan looking like a kid in a candy store grabbing gear inside the warehouse 😂😂 I wish
I think I saw a 12er of Rainer in the back of the truck. Great job Jordan!
Natural bait vs micro worms/ lures for trout in spring. Dirty water vs clear what’s best to use.
Trolling for trout in a lake. More Rainer Beer too! Love you guys!
JORDAN!!!!! NW Montana! Base camp in Whitefish. GREAT TROUT FISHING EVERYWHERE👌👌🐟🐟
This is absolutely my favorite lure . I always peel the treble hook off and replace with a Siwash hook. I really like the copper color for cloudy days

I've hooked summer on the blue/chrome kastmaster
I love this channel so much. Genuinely fun to watch! Cheers 🍻

I not only love watching and learning how to fish different types of our PNW fisheries, but then you always thrown in some delicious grub.
Springer bank fishing maybe some bait tips, soft beads , spinner types, and twitching jigs!
Just caught the biggest Steelhead of my life on a Gold Castmaster spoon!
The Kastmaster is my favorite ‘trout spoon’.
Catches trout like crazy, on the straight retrieve.
Funny thing is I catch more bass than trout with the kastmaster
@@walden6272 No kidding. I never caught bass with KM lures. Do you jig/ twitch it for bass?

@@walden6272 That’s awesome. I should try slowing down my retrieves, then. Might catch myself some bass..!
Overnight camping catch and cook Trout vids for the WIN
Small mountain trout lakes. CAMPING AND COOKING!! 🤙🏻
Can you use kastmasters for coho in rivers? Also do some beach shore fishing for salmon this year!
Coho hit really good in twitching jigs, I figure they'd hit well on spoons as well.
Kastmaster is one of my favorite lures. Bluefish on the east coast so much fun! Definitely want a single hook.
Can you do a pier heavy pressure fishing challenge. With popular spots in Washington. Would be fun to see.
I have 3 Kastmasters ready for our Striper Season which starts in 12 days! It would be sick if you guys went to the northeast for some Striped Bass Action!
I’ve had a high success rate with the Little Cleo and Stee-Lee spoons they’re my go to🎣
Have any good Lake Trout locations? Any ideas on how to tackle that fish? I'd love to see some different targeting techniques also.
Rainer beer, great choice Jordan. 😎👌
Love the videos. Morel mushroom season is just starting here in michigan. I'm looking forward to having trout and shrooms

Definitely want to see some tributary bobber fishing for lake run rainbows
I thought there weren't any steelhead up above the hatchery out there. Awesome video.
I wanna see more trout trolling in small lakes!
I do all kinds of fishing and have different tackle boxes/bags for everything, but they all have a few Kastmasters.
You should try a barrel swivel between your hook and your split ring so that fish can roll and thrash without throwing the hook
shallow fast river trout fishing like near oakridge oregon
Do you recommend the swivels with the clasps on them for spoons or straight to the line?
Great video as always. I would really like to see how you would fish the high mountain lakes like in the Indian Heaven area. Hope to cross paths with you somewhere this summer.
Kastmaster is my go to lure for trout.
Would like to see some fly fishing trout vids, maybe a dry fly with a dropper
Love how Little just sits there on the bank watching where your Kastmaster is lol
I’m new to trout fishing.. I want to learn about how to catch them on a fly & spinner setup .. I live in N.W. Ga
I've been catching rainbows and brownies like crazy on a 1/2oz kastmaster swinging down stream lime crazy
How do you find your spots? I live up in the PNW and most of the spots up here that I hear of are stocked ponds. Do you have an app for finding them or do you just drive around?
Should try a kastmaster in the peak of the season when you know for sure fish are around.
Ummm well you want to make sure the lure gets in front of fish or it isn't a true test?
Red & gold got me on 30 steelhead this year alone. First time using it I will never put it down now can’t wait to try for salmon
I’m so stoked acme is s new sponsor for you guys. Kastmaster is a great lure. One of my favorites. They are fish killers.
Kastmaster is one of the most versatile chunks of metal on the market. Stripers n hybrids to Steelhead n trout!!
Is that "People are Strange "The Doors instrumental playing?
Natural bait fishing would be nice. Worms, eggs, shrimp, hell, even corn.
Stay away from corn. Fish cannot digest it so if they eat it it can kill them
The Little Cleo is a better bait dude. Especially in egg and spawn patterns for the river Stellies and Kings.
Kastmaster spoons are awesome in saltwater.
Any copper/neon red Cleo's in that box? They deadly.
My first steelhead was on a silver kastmaster. Probably about half the steelhead ive caught in my life have been on kastmasters
I used the KM's in the lakes up in the hills of Salt Lake City. Gold/red kills the Tiger trout. I found they hit it from the front, so I put a hook on the eyelet of the KM and bam, trout all day

Jordan listening to Sabbath and some Ted Nugent! My kinda guy! 🤘🏼
How do you find bank fishing spots that aren’t on private property?
Come Kokanee fishing at Detroit Lake.
Ole Fred Bear shoutout to that uncle Ted intro
what size are the lures you used in the video?!
Dude whatever happened to the crocodile fire tiger Red 3/4 ounce???
Come fish the niagara bar and the lower niagara river.🎣
People call me weird for putting mustard in tuna and can salmon with the mayo but it adds so much flavor 🤤
Early sneak drop today! 🤘🏼
Any one know the company that makes that rod rack or know what its called?
More fun getting out!😂
1/2 oz blue and silver Krocodile is money. Please convince Acme to start making those. Kroc’s are discontinued! What kind of a world are we living in?
When will the store be open? I spend more on shipping than I would like to admit for only being a 25 minute drive away lol
Large Brook Trout fishing
I hope you don’t regret throwing that treble hook into that kastmaster pot of gold 😅
What reel are you using ?
Do this with a Blue Fox!
Let's find some golden trout!
This is the only way I fish for steelhead and I've been doing it now for 20 years very successfully.
Dude, I'm just north of the border from you in BC, and haven't seen sun like that in a month.Soo jealous.
77° in Eugene Oregon!!!

I've caught really nice steelhead on the Clearwater using a kastmaster
Hello my name is Jessica I have a question the stuff you make with the tuna what did you put in
TROUT, TROUT, TROUT!!! GET EM, BRO!!!
What is your rod and reel set up?
Kastmasters for steehead? Interesting!
Swear by spoons for steelhead👌
I only watch Jordan videos. Maybe the occasional Cameron black.
Can't go wrong with a cast master
Thanks Jordan!
