Hey @ondamixtape & @cesarbrunetto4317 . This is a fairly new heel design from Hoka, and new designs seem to always get mixed reviews. My only helpful tip would be to consider other socks that maybe give more padding in the heel, maybe two-layer socks that minimize rubbing. Mach X 2 as well the new Tacton X 3 has the same type of heel, and none at the office has an issue with it, but we are all different and some get blisters from what others don't.
