Eh, those side panels have decorative screws. They are held in with typical nylon fasteners and just pop out. Actually, I'm amazed at how so much of the entire is just held in place like this.

Out of curiosity, do you know how to fix the display won't show radio/navigation, but reverse camera works after a battery installation?
Maybe there are blown fuses? We would recommend contacting Lexus dealership for help, as they can check what is going on with your OEM nav.
What was that for is it to play movies and games later?
The system is for music and navigation while driving, also voice assist.
