@@DalenLSpratt You Dalen, man are a natural. I recently became a shifter fan of yours because what you bring to the table is educational and in my heart i sense is real. (my time is getting short) never mind that. I have watched others doing what you do and honestly.... i would have to be desperate to open up to them. other wise they get on my nerve. Just let this be said that, some people resting need more time to get to know you. You are a good heart and soul Dalen keep up the good work.... My will, my soul, my spirit has always been STRONG in the living.... i suspect it will be the same when i pass. When im at rest i will tell you everything you want to know!! Or Maybe, i will be your new guardian angel or someone else's, i would love a job like that.

I am a huge fan of the Ghost Brothers. When Destination Fear moved to Project Fear on UA-cam, I started trying to find more paranormal shows and was so happy to find that you have a channel. You are so kind and compassionate to all the spirits and with the people you help out or just get the rundown on a place. There are not many paranormal investigators like y'all and that is sad. Hope yall stay safe and healthy. Much love from Houston

I’m so disgusted that a freeway has been built through the cemetery! That’s s so disrespectful to the people who struggled all their lives to be free, and to build there like that is unforgivable. We love ya Dalen

I confess ... while the cemetery session was beautiful, I really wanted to hear from any ancestors who may remain at the Freedmen's Memorial. Get their stories, help them fly away free (if they wish).
Dalen, it is NOWHERE NEAR your fault that the offensive freeway's noise prevented their voices from being heard. It's just that they deserve more, even if that's not possible (at this time).

I am so glad to hear you ask questions that might actually give any indications of why people stay after death and why, a lot of investigators just ask the same old questions over and over. I came up on your channel while flipping thru U-tube, I always do catch The Ghost Brother's, it's refreshing to see all of y'all interact with each other, never boring

I actually learnt about this graveyard in my archaeology degree! It was in 'Ethics and Ethnicity: Why are people of colour disproportionately discriminated against in Archaeology?'
It was to look at how different the practices in the UK and US are when it comes to ethnicity. If archaeology is likely to disturb graves or artefacts from minority communities, we are required by law to consult with religious and other representative before we put even a peg in the ground to mark out.

When you asked for advice in the Jewish part of the cemetery & they said "learn, gain knowledge, more wisdom" I knew you were really talking to the spirits there at that point because that is always the answer from the living in the Jewish community too. 😂😂😂 Reminded me of when I asked my own grandparents what advice they had for me to live a good life... they told me "Never stop learning ,because knowledge leads to understanding which is the remedy to all fear & hate." They gave you very Jewish advice. ❤

I lived in Dallas and asked some of my friends who lived close to this Freedmen's cemetery when the city placed a park there with swings ; why I never saw kids playing there? Response, Our grandparents told us it was disrespectful because some ancestors were buried there. The city of Dallas just paved over the graves to expand the highway. Later, they brought anthropologists to mark and then remove some bones to another location. After knowing this, I held more respect to that area whenever I went by. Thank you, Dalen, for showing your respect to those buried in these cemeteries.

Dalen, I have to say a huge thank you for sharing this Freedmans memorial area. I honestly cried through the entire thing because I felt so much sadness for the loss of life and the painful days that were a part of each life. I'll never forget this.
As for the cemetery, I think sometimes, because it's filled with souls from hundreds of years ago, they're all excited to talk and end up talking over each other. The spirit that said 3 was definitely impressive 👏 I imagine it's very exciting for them to talk to a living person again.

The entrance was so moving, beautiful & sacred! This s/b replicated in the heart of DC. As a constant reminder of the atrocities that were committed & still happen!🕯️🕯️🕯️Thank you for sharing this with us 🤩 Have a Wonderful Day 👻👻👻

I missed a shift, my bad. When you held up 3 fingers I was hoping we got a response of “3” so that was cool, and not easily explained away. Keep ‘em coming. I’ll be on time ⏰for the next #graveyardshift

Towards the end when you said your name again and after someone said "hi," I also thought I heard "friend." 😊 I also thought I heard "good night." It sounds like they were confused as to how you were able to hear them. Maybe tell the spirits about the spirit box and speaker and maybe they'll be more inclined to chat?
Great job, as always!! Can't wait for the next episode!! ❤

OMG!! Dalen, I drove across that part of 75 I can remember having such a sad feeling come over me. Now I know why. I am so very sorry that happen to these wonderful people who help make our country what it is today. It is a shame what a city or a developer can do to a graveyard in the name of progress. If it had been designated as an historical sight before the interstate was commissioned, they would not have been able to build it. Or at least they would have had to have someone from an archeological and historical group oversee moving the graves and stones to the area you are in now. Boiled down to money. What a crying shame.
