Its been two years since I bought my XD9. Since then I have become proficient at 5, 7, 10 and 15 yards. I own several other handguns but this one is my go-to. I wear a shirt one size larger and it more than covers the pistol.
I found out a few weeks ago that Springfield has discontinued nearly the entire XD line including the XD9 Mod2 they kept the original XD. If you want one you'll have to search the pre-owned market.
@Ashley Kennelly When I was working for the gun store in was able to convince so many people to give the XD service model a chance. Once they did they left the dark side and bought the XD.
I absolutely love this pistol! This and my XDM compact 9mm are my EDC. it just depends on which one I took to the range last. Great pistol fun to shoot never had any issue at. All I have put a 1,000 rounds threw. I also love the grip zone! Out of my pistols this one has the best grip! I hope you Enjoy your XD Mod.2, I do! 🇺🇸
