As one of three gay siblings (and one wonderful straight one) , and with parents who were accepting immediately, I am constantly made aware of how lucky I was back in 1974 when I came out. Far too many were kicked out , physically abused, and even killed. This is important work, by one of the most beautiful , rich , warm voices we have today.
