This video was made to show how far Parkour/FreeRunning/Movement in a general has come. This is an insperation for the community to see the possibilities and opportunities anyone can reach with enough hard work, dedication, love, passion and practice. Also, this video is named "The Very Best of Movement Worldwide (2011)" so that you can't tell me that a certain clip doesn't exactly fit what you personally think parkour is, or that it doesn't abide to the Wikipedia definition of freerunning. Shut the hell up, and instead of wasting your time criticizing on a computer, go drill your precisions or corkscrew or whatever. Enough is Enough.
Not to be nasty, but, I don't care if you like the music or not, I can't possibly please the entire world's population with 4 tracks, so just mute the damn video, and enjoy the movement.
Everyone so far seams to suck at making good "Best of Parkour/Freerunning" Compilation videos, so I decided to make the best one yet. - DJ Flood
I do not claim the rights to any of the video clips taken, or any of the songs included in the video, it is merely a compilation, edited by myself, of what i see to be some of the best movement videos out there.
I literally spent the majority of this epic video with my jaw hanging. AMAZING WORK to all the practitioners and to DFloodMedia for compiling a perfect video of movement!! LOVE IT with all my heart!

Love the older compilations and video styles, slow mo, doubstep, rock, sweatpants/hoodies, outdoor set ups, actual landings on concrete and athletes pushing themselves safely.
This really is the best parkour montage on youtube. You're awesome for making this. I've taken a few of the songs just for training because when I listen to them now they get me as pumped as I am when I watch this, which is pretty damn pumped lol thanks for making it.

As a martial arts tricker, let me just say, great video. You're going to get millions of views. I highly enjoyed watching this. Great job. However, as a martial arts tricker, let me also say, this is not the best of 'movement' as you've omitted every movement under the sun that doesn't include parkour and free-running. As much as I love the idea and celebration of "movement", what is to stop someone from doing breakdancing and calling it parkour? Or vice versa. Though we should not limit ourselves with definitions we should know what we are doing. Sometimes labels are necessary
