He's a stand out Halloween animatronic, and there needs to be more diving suit wearing monsters in the Halloween industry. They'll add so much more variety!
One thing I noticed is that your diver has a dent on the left side of his helmet, which I would assume is do to mishandling, but I also noticed it on mine, so it may be an intentional choice, weird!
Great video, thanks! I just set mine up tonight. Typically I turn off the sound and motion on my props. I can do that with this but I'd like to have the green helmet light on 24/7 rather than motion activated. I don't see that as an option on the controller. Any ideas on how to make that happen? Any kind of hack with the wiring maybe? Thanks again.

Hey griffen i noticed online there was a pic where he's holding spear straight out...is his arms posable? I just ordered him but not sure if keeping him, for that price i may put $ elsewhere.
Ha! You’re the first one to point that out and there’s actually a reason for it… when I wear shoes on the platform, footprints from the wet grass form on the wood and it looks bad in the video. But yes, sock review 🤣
Oh Yeah. The more I see the more I really like this one. finally they make a display in which I can envision multiple creative uses. My biggest peeve is not the price. It is the corny Cartoonish voice. It detracts from the scare aesthetic. If I get this I would opt to turn off the goofy voice, and I would add some unsettling ocean noises, or atmospheric SFX. I agree with you Griffin . This is a winner.
I'm confused about the lighting. In the daylight demo nothing inside the helmet shows up. In the night time demo, where are the lights coming from? Are they your lights? Please explain how the lighting works.
This guy is outdoor-rated so in theory he should be okay in the rain. However, for extra protection just to be sure he's safe, a garbage bag would be a good idea!

Honestly, no, I wouldn’t say he’s worth the price. For $300 total, I think it would be okay but almost $400 with tax for a prop with one animation is incredibly, incredibly high!

I did not see much of a side profile in your video, but from a little bit I captured he looks like he's really thin like he could use a lot of padding in the arms and in the chest area especially. At 15:31 he looks so skinny. Is that reality or just what I saw on the video?
for 349$ it’s pretty shit with the materials lmfao, it looks amazing but at the same time looks cheap, id get him but replace and repaint the whole thing lol

How do you know it can withstand the outdoors? Usually people will cover the inside of the animatronic with a heavy garbage bag...

Yes, he could definitely use some filling. You can fluff him out but yeah he's pretty skinny out of the box.
