YES!! I am in the exact same situation. I actually got so frustrated with the lack of explanation on everything especially the flowchart program from my professor, that I thought writing actual code for my Java course was far easier!
this is like floyd mayweather pad work with his uncle. makes sense why no one could ever hit him and how he diagnoses opponents. He starts his sequence with the last(6) punch and ends sequence with a double jab the 1st punch (1-1)
