    Cantonese food is so delicate and tasty. 7 months til I will be in Hong Kong and Taiwan. I love the slightly nutty umami flavor from the Chu Hou paste. I made Cantonese beef stew with it sometimes. Will give this recipe a try. I would also add some Hua Tiao chiew (shoaxing wine) during frying.

    I love this cooking channel! I love everything about Asian food culture, always have. Your channel makes this style of cooking so approachable for anyone. To be sure a real practiced hand in the kitchen making this kind of food is always 'A number one- perfection' but at least it looks like I could attempt it and have maybe some sort of result that would be okay.
