- The fourth day of the preliminary hearing of Jarvis Butts continues Thursday as the testimony concludes and attorneys present their closing arguments.
The ending was soooooo grwat, the judge said EVERYTHING we were thinking in the chat. No matter what happens in this case, im soooo glad the judge said everything she said to all parties involved. She held back but didnt hold back. Much respect to the judge. 👩⚖️ 👏 👏 👏
I couldn’t agree with you more….everyone failed her and it’s sad, what’s even worse is that the first officer they interviewed with his lazy ass, did the bare minimum because he was retiring. It’s like nobody had a care in the world for this child, and the women that he dated CLEARLY had a low self esteem and low standards, because how can you continue to date someone who you know is messing around with other women, you’ve convinced yourself that he’s a good father figure and a dad to his kids…this was sad ALL THE WAY AROUND 🤦🏽♀️

I looked deep into this case, they had a dive team in the water, and K9 unfortunately she passed away Jan9, and they didn’t start searching for almost a month. Knowing the decomposition process, her remains would be unable to identify

I read he was under investigation or suspected of two more cases and dealing with minors besides spending 7 years in prison for doing the same thing. Why wasn’t he in prison and allowed to have contact with children? Why are so many young children allowed to be around this random ass dude?

Her defense and logic is weak and distorted. If we listen closely the defense attorney isn’t defending him. Literally, she can throw out a bunch of attempts at “inconsistencies” all she wants but she is not creating a strong defense and it’s because she also believes this man to be guilty. Why were you texting her up until that day but you didn’t see her. Why is she talkin to you about a baby at all, the inappropriate relationship has been proven, the speculation that a baby was his motive to get rid of her was proven. The defense can’t disprove these facts so she is literally just creating a distraction not a counter reply to all of the evidence presented. Explain it… she can’t. He’s guilty, she has to look like she’s defending him. That must be a rough position, I personally could never speak as if he was innocent because as a mother myself my conscious wouldn’t allow me to make up any type of defense or excuse. He’s guilty! He set in the back of that court, with a mask on when Covid is at its lowest, hiding behind his attorneys and away from the view of those who he can’t look in the face because he is a pathetic sorry excuse for a human who preys on children and was given the opportunity to harm a child while a bunch of women and mothers turned a blind eye. That’s all they need to do. You can’t dispute physical evidence so the best defense they can offer him is to broadcast the inconsistencies. It’s hard to defend somebody like this for something this heinous. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes.

Roxy and 7mile radio really helped get alot of clues and evidence into missing Na'Ziyah. I really hope they find her body for real true closeure❤

The grandmother and the aunt need to be charged with neglect bc they didn't keep up her at all and it showed. who waits until the next day to file a missing persons report?!?! lock em all up. I agree he should be made to sit at the table with his attorney’s and take the mask off if its not on for a cold or allergy reasons. I'm just flabbergasted at the lack of parenting, protection & love with this baby! My Son is now 24! & I did random phone checks, and I didn't care who had anything to say about it. How didn't anyone know, she was pregnant!??? How didn't anyone see these explicit text messages from this monster!!! Everyone failed her!!!

His name is Johnathan Quiles of Florida she was his wife’s 16 year old niece. His ex wife and niece was pregnant at the same time. She didn’t wanna have an abortion, he told her he couldn’t loose his family and he kilt her. His brother told in him and I live that for him.

When I viewed a video yesterday of a lady searching inside an abandoned building. I can’t remember her name, but she had on a pink mask. When viewing her video, I noticed some new wood boards attached to the wall. The wood looked new in comparison to the rest of the old building.
