Hi, yes they can purchase lands. The only issue is not getting scam. Link up with someone who will guide you properly. When you purchase your property protect it by putting up a fence until you are ready to build.
Yes people of Negro descendants can purchase land in Liberia But, they have to take on Liberian citizenship. This is according to an attorney who specializes in land acquisition in Liberia.
